An alloy material primarily composed of aluminium can be processed through methods such as hot melting and extrusion to produce various cross-sectional shapes. The inclusion of different alloying elements determines the variations in mechanical properties and application fields of the resulting aluminium extrusions.
Production Process
Mould
In order to improve product quality and stability and shorten production time, we built our mold factory with advanced technology and equipment.
Extrusion Line
We have 180 extrusion lines with an annual capacity of more than 80,000 tons. Our extrusion machines are computer-controlled and equipped with automatic traction, producing aluminium profiles with uniform and high-quality surfaces. The extrusion machines range from 600 tons to 10,000 tons in capacity.
Anodizing and Electrophoresis:
Anodizing is a basic surface treatment with good protection. Electrophoresis makes aluminium profiles more beautiful and durable.
Powder Coating and Fluorocarbon Coating:
We have 40 powder coating lines and 6 fluorocarbon coating lines. Common powder coating is a popular surface treatment with a variety of color options. Fluorocarbon Coating (PVDF Coating) is a more advanced surface treatment; its weather resistance lasts over 10 years.
Thermal Break:
Using high-quality PA66GF rubber strips. Using high-quality EPDM for strong waterproofing. Using double-insulated glass to achieve soundproof and heat insulation effects, and capable of undergoing various surface treatments.
Wood Grained：
Wood Grained combines classical and modern styles, and is much closer to nature. Wood grain technology includes transfer paper printing, solid wood grain transfer printing, shaving wood grain, 3D wood grain, 4D wood grain, and so on. Wood grain is lifelike, with a strong three-dimensional sense, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and good weather resistance. It has the warm, natural feeling of wood and is a high-grade product.
Colors：
We supply different surfaces in various colors according to customer requirements. Anodized/Electrophoresis colors include silver, champagne, bronze, black, matte anodized colors, and sandblasted colors. Powder coating and fluorocarbon coating colors follow the RAL color chart, including wooden grain colors.

Architectural aluminium profiles mainly include door and window profiles and curtain wall profiles.
5. Installation aluminium profiles
Used to make aluminium alloy frames and install various exhibits and decorative paintings.
6. Radiator aluminium profiles
Mainly used for heat dissipation in power electronics, LED lighting, and digital computer products.
7. Solar photovoltaic brackets
Including solar aluminium frames, solar photovoltaic brackets, and solar photovoltaic fasteners.
8. Furniture aluminium profiles
Mainly used for furniture decorative frames, table and chair supports, etc.
9. Aluminium profiles for medical devices
Mainly used for manufacturing stretchers, medical devices, medical beds, etc.
