We can provide customized design solutions and conduct strength testing.

1. Material: We use aluminiumextrusion profiles and can utilize various types of alloys, such as 6063-T5, 6063-T6, and 6061-T6. The surface treatment is performed via powder coating in a wide range of colors.
2. Powder Coating: We offer a 5-year, 10-year, or 15-year warranty on powder coating. Our process includes strict temperature control and surface pretreatment to ensure high-quality and durable coating results.
3. Design: We provide customized design services and conduct structural strength testing to meet specific project requirements.
4. Price: As a professional manufacturing factory, we offer competitive pricing without compromising on quality. Our aluminiumproducts combine superior craftsmanship, reasonable pricing, and timely delivery.
5. After-sales Service: As a factory committed to long-term business relationships, we take full responsibility for the quality of our aluminiumproducts. We ensure reliable after-sales support and stand behind the performance of our aluminiumfencing systems.
Material – Our aluminium extrusions are manufactured using standard aluminium ingots of grades 6063, 6061, 6005, and 6082. The hardness of all extruded profiles is tested to ensure it meets or exceeds 12 on the hardness scale. We guarantee that all materials are of high quality.
Cutting – Our CNC machines ensure precise cutting to exact lengths, which helps maintain accuracy in subsequent punching or drilling operations.
Welding – We conduct welding line tests to ensure that the welds meet the strength requirements of specific products.
Powder Coating – Prior to powder coating, we test the pre-treatment solutions to ensure they meet the required standards. During the powder coating process, temperature is continuously monitored to ensure stability and that it remains above 200℃ for at least 10 minutes. After coating, we perform surface film testing, boiling water testing, and cross-cut testing to ensure the quality and durability of the powder coating.
Each fence panel is individually wrapped in shrink film or plastic bags.
The panels are then placed on pallets and secured with tape.
The entire pallet is wrapped again with shrink film for added protection.
Finally, the pallets are loaded into the container using a forklift.
