Advance

1. Lightweight design, convenient construction process, and high operational efficiency. The average weight per square meter ranges between 20 and 25 kg.

2. Efficient support system requiring fewer support rods. The maximum independent support spacing does not exceed 1200 × 1300 mm.

3. Short construction cycle. Owing to its simple connection mechanism and ease of disassembly, the system enables completion of one floor within 4–5 days.

4. High reuse rate and low average cost. A single set of templates can be reused up to 300 times.

5. Superior concrete surface quality after formwork removal. The joints are tightly sealed, dimensional accuracy is high, and the surface remains smooth following formwork removal.

6. High Recycling Value  

After scrapping, if the residual value of waste disposal is high, the manufacturer can assume responsibility for the production, application, and recycling processes.

7. Wide Range of Applications  

This product is suitable for use in various structural components, including floors, columns, beams, stairs, window sills, and floating boards.

8. No On-site Construction Waste  

All components of the aluminium alloy formwork system are reusable, and no construction waste is generated after the formwork is removed.

9. Standardized and Versatile  

When constructing new buildings using previously used formwork, only approximately 20–30% of non-standard panels need to be replaced, thereby reducing overall costs.

10. Low Carbon Emissions  

The product meets energy conservation and environmental protection standards. In many developed countries, the use of wooden formwork is prohibited, and the adoption of renewable materials is mandated.
